L’analisi di   per Reuters: South Korea on Monday asked for the “active cooperation” of China and Russia to prevent North Korea from conducting further missile tests, hours ahead of a U.N. Security Council meeting on the North’s test-launch of an intercontinental ballistic missile. South Korea’s nuclear envoy Kim Gunn spoke with the Chinese and Russian ambassadors in Seoul, the foreign ministry said in a statement, and asked them to help hold North Korea accountable for its “provocations”.
