Uruguay launches Latin America’s first national AI ethics business council

(DigWatch) Uruguay has become the first country in Latin America to establish a national Business Council for the Ethics of Artificial Intelligence, a UNESCO-backed initiative aimed at strengthening responsible AI governance.
