U.S. Energy Secretary Chris Wright was responding to EU Energy Commissioner Dan Jørgensen’s comments in late January that the bloc intended to reduce reliance on U.S. LNG following the Trump administration’s threats to seize control of Greenland, a Danish territory. “I think, Commissioner Jørgensen’s comments are very unfortunate. The United States is a rock-solid supplier of energy.
