Culprits of Afghan crisis seeking to create misunderstandings between neighbors: JI leader

The foreign policy director of Jamaat-e-Islami, Pakistan’s top religious party, stressing the importance of the role of Tehran and Islamabad to help bring peace and stability in Afghanistan, has warned that foreign occupiers who are responsible for the situation of Afghanistan were trying to create misunderstandings between neighboring states.

“The United States and NATO are the main culprits in the destruction of Afghanistan, the killing of thousands of innocent people and the simultaneous unrest in the region,” Asif Luqman Qazi said in an exclusive interview with IRNA in Islamabad on Saturday.
