Russian strikes killed three people in Ukraine’s northeastern Kharkiv region, its governor said on Thursday.
The strikes on a residential area killed two women and a man, said Vitalii Karabanov, head of the military administration in Balakliya, a frontline city in the Kharkiv region.
In Sumy, also in the northeast, regional official Sergiy Kryvosheenko said a Russian guided bomb attack wounded 13 people.
Two people were wounded in a separate Russian attack in the Dnipropetrovsk region, according to Oleksandr Ganzha, the head of the regional military administration.
