Republic of Korea unveils digital platform for global drought and flood risk analysis

(DigWatch) The Republic of Korea has unveiled a digital platform designed to help policymakers and researchers analyse water conditions and assess drought and flood risks in agricultural areas around the world. The Rural Development Administration (RDA) presented the Water, Impact and Sustainability Estimator (WISE) at the 17th Conference of the Parties to the United Nations Convention to Combat Desertification (UNCCD) which took place in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia, beteween 18 and 21 August. – Republic of Korea unveils digital platform for global drought and flood risk analysis | Digital Watch Observatory
