Ft, G7 discusses release of strategic oil reserves today

The G7 is reportedly ready to discuss today the joint and coordinated release of strategic oil reserves to curb the rise in oil prices following the war in Iran. According to the Financial Times, an online meeting is scheduled for today at 8.30 a.m. in New York (2.30 p.m. Italian time, ed.). The decision, already taken in the past after the invasion of Ukraine, would also involve the International Energy Agency.
