China. Foreign trade of Khorgas Port in Xinjiang on path to recovery (Global Times)

Khorgas Port in Northwest China’s Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region has experienced a rapid recovery from the Covid-19 pandemic over the first seven months of the year, according to media reports.

A total of 11,659 commercial vehicles were exported through highway in Khorgas Port from January to July, an increase of 219 percent year-on-year, with the highest single-day inspection and release of 150 commercial vehicles and mainly including dump trucks, rollers, tractors, Xinhua News Agency reported on Friday.
