BOSNIA – Bosnia’s divided Mostar town holds first local vote in 12 years (Al Jazeera)

Citizens in Bosnia and Herzegovina’s ethnically divided town of Mostar are voting for their city councillors for the first time in 12 years, after the rival Croat and Bosniak parties that rule the town agreed on long-disputed electoral rules.
