Acceptance of No First Use (NFU) by USA: Hope redux? (ORF)

In an interesting development on 15 April 2021, two Democrat members, one from each house of the US Congress, re-introduced the No First Use Act (NFU). The bill proposes that the United States would not use nuclear weapons as a means of warfare first.
